Shipping Policy
Hi My lovelies,
For a seamless experience with DX kindly read our processing and shipping Policy below:
1. All orders placed on the website are subject to a 5 - 10 working days processing and delivery time frame.
2. While opting for the express delivery, please consider processing time takes up to 5 working days. We can then ship on the 6th day after processing.
3. Some units are readily available. And would usually take 3-5 working days to deliver. Kindly check with our customer service team to confirm express shipping. Standard delivery takes 3-5 working days while international orders takes 5-7 working days after order is placed (this is for wigs that are ready to ship).
4. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.
5. Please note that we are unable to make any changes to your delivery details, from our end, once order has been shipped to the courier. Kindly ensure all information on delivery is correct before checkout.
6. We are also not liable for lost, missing or stolen packages once DX has been shipped. We recommend creating a ticket or filing a claim with the courier.
7. If you believe your package is stolen or lost in transit, kindly note that we cannot be liable for this and cannot refund or compensate you. We advise that you open a claim with the courier.
8. Adjustments to your order: Once your order is SHIPPED we cannot change or modify the item /items ordered, delivery address or shipping method.
9. Lost, stolen or missing packages: Once your order is shipped, we no longer have control over the delivery. If you believe your package is lost, stolen or missing we recommend opening a claim with the shipping courier.
10. Refunds: We do not issue refunds to orders that are scanned and confirmed "Delivered" (courier picture/scan delivery confirmation). We suggest contacting the courier and opening a claim.
11. Tracking numbers: Tracking numbers can be found within your shipping confirmation email which is sent to the email address used to place the order. Tracking numbers may take up to 48 hours to validate.
Return Policy
Returns are assessed on a case by case basis. For returns process, kindly reach out to our Customer service team via the customer service chat on our website or on WhatsApp:

For custom wig orders: We are not able to refund due to the customization already done on the unit.
All returns must be done via Royalmail (tracked and signed), UPS for international orders(also tracked). Failure to utilize these couriers may result in refund being denied.
If return package is lost in transit, we cannot provide refund and we advise that you file a case/ticket for claims with the courier.
Returned wigs must meet the below criteria:
* Lace intact/uncut and wig unworn and in the original package.
* No traces of makeup or lace tint spray on the wig.
* No additional product traces on the wig.
Customers are responsible for tracking return packages until it is confirmed delivered by DX team.
Kindly send us the tracking number for delivery confirmation.
Return/Refund must be requested within 3 days of receiving/ delivery through our customer service chat or WhatsApp. Once return has been approved, delivery details for return would sent within 12 hours.
Once DX wig has been received and assessed, refund would be processed within 5-10 working days.
