Returns :
Returns are assessed on a case by case basis. For returns process, kindly reach out to our Customer service team via the customer service chat on our website or on WhatsApp:

For custom wig orders: We are not able to refund due to the customization already done on the unit.
All returns must be done via Royal mail (tracked and signed), UPS for international orders(also tracked). Failure to utilize these couriers may result in refund being denied.
If return package is lost in transit, we cannot provide refund and we advise that you file a case/ticket for claims with the courier.
Returned wigs must meet the below criteria:
* Lace intact/uncut and wig unworn and in the original package.
* No traces of makeup or lace tint spray on the wig.
* No additional product traces on the wig.
Customers are responsible for tracking return packages until it is confirmed delivered by DX team.
Kindly send us the tracking number for delivery confirmation.
Return/Refund must be requested within 3 days of receiving/ delivery through our customer service chat or WhatsApp. Once return has been approved, delivery details for return would sent within 12 hours.
Once DX wig has been received and assessed, refund would be processed within 5-10 working days.
